CDM Coordinators provide an overseeing eye, prompting designers to consider whether their designs can be built, used, maintained and eventually demolished (or partially demolished) without compromising anyone’s safety. These words, central to the new CDM 2007 guidance, are derived from Expert Ease International’s teaching, which pre-dates CDM 1994/5.
