Bacterial/ Viral infection

Bacterial or viral infection can either be animal-borne (e.g. rats - leptospirosis) or human-borne.

Refer to blood borne pathogens/ viruses hazard and control measures when human-borne infection is an issue.

Encourage employees to carry out regular skin checks.
