All drivers to follow the requirements of law when driving on public highways.

Drivers of heavy goods vehicles are to be deemed medically fit in accordance with statutory requirements and in compliance with the accepted national standards and must undergo regular medical examination.

Drivers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are roadworthy, that weight limits are adhered to and that loads are evenly distributed and properly secured before driving onto public roads.
