Violence

Violence can arise from a number of sources ranging from clients in distress to armed robbery and bomb attacks.

Incidents include, actual violence, threats, harassment, intimidation and severe verbal abuse.

Barrier (s) such as desks or service windows may be appropriate in office situations.
