Compliance Tracker

Allows you to set up and control checking and audits, and calculates and produces compliance reports and charts. The database comes with a series of generic question sets that can be amended to the specific requirements of your company, or departments within the company.  Additional question sets can be developed and added to the table. Users can establish as many sites and / or departments as necessary and within these assign managerial and inspector roles, inspections and inspection frequencies.

Negative compliances prompt requests for a remedial action input with a compliance target date.  Remedial actions will be flagged.

The database will calculate and produce charts showing compliance across the company, by individual department / site and over specified periods.

Reports can be produced in respect of non-compliances, remedial action-plans, and late inspections.

Multiple level security permits effective management of all aspects of compliance tracking within the company.

(NOTE: Since the database requires an initial complete calendar month before compliance calculations take effect, a sample database populated with information for a fictional company is included on our demonstration disc to show its capabilities).

 

The manual for using the database is on-line.  This will give a clearer idea on what is available.

 

To access the database store it in an appropriate location on your server and open it with the following input;

Username:        Administrator

Password:        Password

Once logged in you can then amend the users and assign your own passwords. The database has multiple levels of access thus ensuring confidence it will meet data protection requirements.

 

The database can be run over a company’s intranet system or used as a stand-alone. The demonstration version is designed so that they can be tested with active data which you can run in parallel with your existing systems for comparison.  After the test period the data will not be lost, as purchase of the registration code will open it at the point where testing finished.
