Organisation Cultural Maturity Index...

The competent company is one where-in the strategy, the managerial structures and polices, and the way in which the company acts to meet its responsibilities towards all the key stakeholders combine in a way that;

  • ensures the safety of its workforce and those affected by what the company does,

  • enhances the quality of its output, and

  • satisfies the fiscal needs of the owners in a sustainable manner.

 Cultural maturity is when a company demonstrates that it has the necessary attributes essential to achieving success in health and safety, productivity and meeting its obligations towards all its stakeholders.

The Organisation Cultural Maturity Index is an audit tool that examines leadership role, responsibilities and actions when measuring the policies and practices within a organisation and calculates a score that will place the company on a maturity rating from 1 – 100%.

Concern is often expressed that culture of an organisation can only be measured at the end of a long process of change, looking back and measuring how many fewer errors occur within the process or across the organisation. This tool brings the focus onto the positive effects of the tangible and intangible activities of an organisation and the measurement is in the form of a leading indicator, measuring successful interventions and activities as they occur.

The index, displaying a year on year score across all criteria for all the core capabilities helps companies establish strategic objectives and managerial targets from which action plans may be developed.
