Expert Ease International will carry out an analysis of training needs in your company, matching worker competencies against job requirements and prepare training and assessment programs to meet your company’s technical and statutory needs.
The program also takes account of the fact that those who work on hazardous operations may already possess varying levels of knowledge, awareness and competence in differing areas of health and safety.
When documentary evidence is not available, we offer a program where the candidates submit themselves for assessment without the necessity of undertaking a training program. The assessment will confirm the candidate’s level of awareness and competence and award the appropriate certification or recommend a suitable training program.
All candidates will be issued with this permanent record of assessment and each program will be certified at the appropriate level and embossed with the EEI company stamp.
